Description:

1) Unopened box of 20, .30 caliber ball cartridges for U.S. model 1898 magazine rifle, manufactured by the Frankford Arsenal. The two piece box has a tan label with cartridge and maker information (see image). 2) Box of 20, 45-70 internal primed copper cartridges for U.S. Springfield Carbine, manufactured by the Frankford Arsenal. The box has a brown label, with cartridge and maker information (see image).

Rating Definition:

1) Very fine. The solid unopened box shows some minor edge wear and light staining. The seal has small tears along edge, but remains unopened. The label retains clear printing. The box has a clear transparent wrapping. 2) Fine. The lid of the box has been torn off, with the remaining having minor edge wear. The label retains clear printing.
