The chamber has the "41" date and the upper tang is has the "42" Mauser code. The "Ku" prefix serial number is stamped on the left barrel extension and the serial number without the prefix is on the frame. The partial serial number (16) is on the takedown latch, side plate, sear, safety bar, thumb safety, extractor and toggle. The left side of the barrel has an "eagle/655" army acceptance mark and a "Ku" test fire eagle proof, with "Ku" test fire proofs also on the breechblock and right barrel extension. Properly marked safety position and extractor. "P.08" is stamped on the left side of the frame towards the rear. All blue finish, checkered walnut grips, and blue plastic base magazine. The magazine has "fxo" and "P.08" markings. Complete with a Krieghoff holster. Takedown tool and extra unmarked blue plastic base magazine.

Excellent. The pistol retains 99% original blue finish with some mild thinning (mostly on the grip straps), some mild edge wear and some minor muzzle wear. There is an extremely small spot of pitting on the right barrel side at the muzzle. The grips are excellent with a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very fine with some minor handling marks and a few minor gouges.
