This is an example of a DWM Model 1906 Commercial "American Eagle" Luger. The pistol has a rust blue finish with straw-colored small components, checkered walnut grips and nickel-plated magazine with wooden base (unmarked). This is a distinct 1906 American Eagle with the extractor marked "LOADED", the lower thumb safety area bright and the chamber marked with the American Eagle crest, and "DWM" on the toggle. The front of the frame is stamped "25790 / GERMANY" and the bottom of the barrel is marked with the matching serial number. The pistol is absent of any proofmarks. The takedown lever, side plate and toggle are marked with the partial serial number "90". Complete with three extra magazines, two nickel, one blue, all with wooden bases.

Refinished with 98% blue finish remaining and almost all of the straw color remaining. There is some minor edge wear. The replacement grips are numbered to another gun, (80 and 94) and remain very good with some high point wear on the crisp checkering. The markings are clear. Mechanically excellent. Extra magazines are very good.
