Description:

The chamber is dated 1918 and the toggle has the "DWM" monogram. Three crown/script proofs with an Imperial eagle proof on the right side of the barrel extension. Barrel has an Imperial eagle proof and bore marking. Full serial number with "d" suffix on frame and barrel and matching serial number without suffix on the left barrel extension. Matching partial serial number (69) on the takedown latch, side plate, sear, safety bar, thumb safety, extractor, toggle, and toggle link. Unit marked back strap: "11/419 N9". Straw colored small parts, checkered grips, and wood base magazine numbered to gun. Complete with a leather holster and mismatched extra wood base magazine. The inside of the flap has a circled "S.KELLENDREN, MUNCHEN" marking dated 1918.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown with a patch of minor spotting on the front grip strap. The small parts retain 98% original straw color. The grips are excellent with a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very fine with age crazing on the magazine pouch and some minor handling marks. Overall the stitching is tight.
