Receiver is fitted with a single bolt guide and later rough cast bolt cover with the reinforcing web on the front end, hollow cocking knob on the left side and latch on the right, and the late stamped action cover with blued sliding dust cover. Stock and handguard are the correct late war laminated versions with stamped trigger guard and "eagle/359" proof on the left side and in the pistol grip area, cupped buttplate with compartment, cleaning rod and brown leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, showing 95% of the original dark phosphate finish, with flaking on the front sight base and action, a brown patina and light spotting on the barrel. The stock is very good with some scattered minor scratches, dents and dings. The scope is very good with some thinning of the finish and hazy optics. Mechanically excellent.
