Description:

1) Extra heavy, U.S.N. Divers Knife, with 6 1/2" blade. One side of the blade has saw teeth, while the other is normal. Grooved wooden grip, with threaded shoulder for securing into heavy cylindrical brass scabbard. Staple on scabbard for lanyard. 2) Model 1917 Army Bolo, with 10 3/8" blade. The cross guard is marked "KIFFE/JAPAN" and the handle is two-piece black plastic. No other markings. Scabbard has O.D. webbing over a wood body, a leather tip, marked "A-K-CO./1918/R.H.S.", and wire hooks. 3) U.S.M.C. Medical Corpsmen knife, with 11 1/4" blade marked "U.S.M.C./ VILLAGE BLACKSMITH". Full tang, with two-piece wooden handle and four rivets. Brown leather scabbard with brass throat painted black, wire hooks and marked, "USMC/BOYT/43", on back. 4) M3 Trench knife, 6 3/8" parkerized blade, with "USM3/IMPERIAL" marked cross guard. No other markings. Includes M6 leather scabbard, with wire hooks, eight metal laces at throat, steel plate riveted to front and back and marked "U.S. M6/ VINER BROS. /1943".

Rating Definition:

1) Very good with light spotting on blade and minor handling marks. Handle is very good, with a small hairline crack. Scabbard has darkened with age to a brown patina. Minor dings overall, with some verdigris on the inside of scabbard. 2) Good with none of the blue remaining on blade. There is heavy pitting on the cleaned blade. The plastic handle is cracked on the right butt. Scabbard is very good, with light wear overall and some scuffing on leather. 3) Good. Blade has darkened with age. Minor handling marks overall. Handle is good with chips out of left butt. Light verdigris on blade and around rivets on scabbard. Scabbard is good with some light scratches and wear. 4) Good with minor wear to blade. Handle is poor with leather scuffed and some deterioration. Sheath is fair with moderate wear overall.
