Produced in April of 1944, and later upgraded with National Match components. "N M" marked blade front sight and peep rear sight with extended rotating eyecup, "NM" sight arm and windage knob, "4 63" Springfield barrel marked "NM" on the left side, Springfield bolt, hammer, trigger group, and a Remington "NM" operating rod. Glass bedded pistol grip stock, with "SA/ JLG" cartouche on the left side, "P" on the grip, canvas sling and checkered buttplate.

Near mint as upgraded, with 98% of the Arsenal parkerized finish, showing light wear and handling marks. Strong finish is present on the blue components as well. Stock is refinished and remarked, with mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
