Made in 1918. Fixed sights, with the two line, two block Colt markings on the left side of the slide, "MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY" on the right, "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on the left side of the frame with an "eagle/ 6" proof, and "No" serial number on the right. Equipped with a thin checkered hammer, long grip safety, long smooth trigger, serrated slide catch, checkered thumb safety, flat smooth mainspring housing and a pair of late-World War II style Coltwood grips. With a cardboard box, an Anniston Depot label fixed to the lid, and a 20-round box of Frankfort Arsenal ammunition.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, with 99% of the parkerization, showing some light pitting under the surface, scattered dents and mild handling marks. Grips are excellent, with sharp checkering. Box is fair, with tearing and staining. Mechanically excellent.
