Built on the model 83 field grade frame, with standard features and replacement grips. The entire revolver is custom engraved, with scrolling leaf and floral designs, and has several etched inscription panels. The left side of barrel marked, "FREEDOM ARMS .454 CASULL/ FREEDOM, WYOMING U.S.A" and the top of barrel "* *George Bush * President**". Underside of barrel by muzzle is marked, with "Today, our country is facing a crisis./This special presentation is about/ our future, the hope of our children,/ and now you can make a difference/in returning America to the values/ that made this nation great." between two rows of nine stars and by ejector rod "AMERICA" YOU'RE TOO YOUNG TO DIE". Top of ejector rod housing is marked "*1789* Celebrating 200 years of the Presidency *1989*". Back strap is marked "1st WASHINGTON * 41st BUSH", the front strap "engraved by me GEORGE H. FREED/ LIFE MEMBER Disabled American Veterans", and the buttstrap "President's/ BICENTENNIAL". The top of the back strap is inscribed "USA" and there is a presidential seal in front of rear sight on top strap. Left grip engraved, with an elephant, a flower around screw and "G.O.P" at bottom. Right grip has an eagle in a wreath, flower around screw and "G.W.B." at bottom. Includes custom carved wooden case, with "FA" in center with a griffin on either side and "FREEDOM ARMS" in banner underneath. Front side carved "PRESIDENTIAL Bicentennial/THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PRIDENCY 1789-1989", left side "1789/GEORGE WASHINGTON 1-ST.", right side "1989/GEORGE W. BUSH 41-ST.", and the backside "GUN AND BOX DID BY ME/GEORGE H. FREED/LIFE MEMBER/DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS".
