The left barrel flat is marked "E. LEFAUCHEUX / BRTE BREVETE" with "ID" on the barrel underside and "FW" on the underside of the barrel lug. The cylinder has a Liege ELG proof. Fitted with smooth two piece grips, ejector rod mounted on the right side, loading gate, and a lanyard ring on the butt.

Period refurbished. The revolver retains 40% blue finish with the balance a smooth brown-gray patina. There is some mild pitting near the muzzle. The hammer retains 70% case colors. The grips are very good with a few minor handling marks.

The top barrel flat is marked "E. LEFAUCHEUX BRTE S.G.D.G. A PARIS.", with a Lefaucheux Paris marking also on the left side of the frame. Three crowns are stamped on the right barrel flat. The number "2" is stamped on the recoil shield cut-out, the number "83" stamped on the loading gate, and "6" on front of barrel lug. Fitted with smooth two piece grips and a lanyard ring on the butt.

Fine. The revolver retains 40% of original blue finish in the protected areas (mostly on the cylinder and around the trigger) and some silvered out original case colors with the balance a smooth gray patina. The grips are fine with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
