With a brown bakelite carry case, with brown leather straps and "frn42" on the lid strap. 2) Winter trigger for a Model 98 rifle, marked "eeu44/ Mod98" (Schmalkalden, Thuringen) on the side. 3) Muzzle protector, steel with flip-up cover, spring loaded, no makers marks. 4) Rubber muzzle protector, black rubber, no makers marks. 5) Cleaning kit for a 98k rifle, marked "MUNDLOS/ 1938" and "eagle/ WaA243" on one lid, with tools and materials inside. 6) Brown cord helmet net, for camouflage mounting. This compromises what this German sniper would have been issued.
