Inverted "V" and tangent sights, with matching visible numbers. Clear Chilean crest on top of chamber. The Chilean crest over the date 1895 is stamped on the left side of the buttstock, with leather sling.

Excellent. The rifle retains 95% original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown patina. There is some pin point pitting on the buttplate. The wood is also excellent with some scattered minor dings, scratches, and pressure dents. The stock marking is clear and crisp. Mechanically excellent.
