This is an example of a post-WWI 1920 DWM commercial luger pistol that has the desirable 6 inch 7.65 mm chambered barrel. Fixed sights, blank chamber and "DWM" toggle monogram. "Crown/ N" proof on the left side of the barrel extension and "crown/U" on the bottom of the barrel and left side of the breech block. Visible numbers on pistol match. Blue finish with straw colored small parts, nickel magazine with unmarked wooden base and fitted with un-numbered checkered walnut grips.

Very fine as commercially reworked. The pistol retains 97% of the blue finish with some thinning on the side plate and left side of the frame and some high edge wear. The small components retain 90% original straw color with some thinning to silver gray. The grips are very good with some minor bruising, a few dings and nicks, and crisp checkering. The markings are clear and crisp. Mechanically excellent.
