This rifle has 25" barrels with a matte solid rib fitted with fixed open sights. The top of the rib behind the rear sight is marked "JAGER SPORT, LTD., CRANSTON, RI Heym logo CAL. 30-06". The rear edge of the barrel is engraved with a scalloped and floral scroll design. The box lock action is grey while the remaining surfaces are blue. The action is nicely relief engraved with floral scroll and animal scenes, of a wild boar on the right side and a stag on the left side. The bottom is marked with the Heym logo. The trigger guard and break lever are engraved with simple scroll and line designs. The barrels are equipped with ejectors and a sling swivel on the bottom, the action has Kersten double cross bolts, double triggers, cocking indicators, manual tang mounted safety and mounted with a deluxe, nicely figured multi point checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with lightly engraved forearm hardware, metal grip cap, cheekpiece, serrated plastic buttplate and sling swivel. Complete with the shipping box, papers and two nickel snap caps.

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% plus original blue and grey finish with only slight overall handling/storage marks. The wood is also excellent with only the slightest handling/storage marks and sharp checkering, sharp engraving. Mechanically excellent.
