Designed for use as an automatic police carbine, the Reising Model 50 uses a closed bolt action. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with a combination flash hider and muzzle brake, along with cooling fins near the breech. Standard 3-line model, address and patent markings on top of the receiver, with the three position "SAFE S.A. F.A." selector switch on the right side. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a serrated steel buttplate. In a leather covered case marked "PROPERTY OF/ N.C. HIGHWAY PATROL" in white on each side, with 2 extra magazines. NOTE: This firearm is classified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as a "Machine Gun". This is a fully transferable NFA Class III Firearm currently on a Form 4. You are required to check your state and/or local laws as to whether or not you may own this. This weapon can be transferred to a Class III dealer at no charge. Professionally refinished, showing mild spotting below the finish and mild handling marks. Stock is very good, with scratches and dents. Case is very good, with some fading of the markings and light wear. Mechanically excellent.
