Manufactured in Japan and produced for the European market only. Standard barrel address on left flat ahead of the rear sight and "CAL. .44-40 WIN" at the breech end. Blade front marked with brass bead, adjustable buckhorn rear sight and tang safety. Engraved receiver including a gold border with a buck and doe whitetail in gold on the left and a gold border with pronghorn antelope in gold on the right. Mounted with a checkered straight grip stock of select walnut with crescent buttplate. Complete with original box numbered to gun, manual and two factory letters; one listing the records as a Classic Traditional lever action rifle, caliber, that it was sold and sent to Davidson's in Prescott, Arizona on February 9, 2000 and was a shipment of 187 guns. The other letter states the caliber, barrel length, stock and engraving of the receiver.
