Manufactured circa 1952. This rifle features a blue barrel and trigger guard, and grey receiver and hinged floor plate. The rifle has custom Pachmayr upgraded engraving and gold inlays. The breech end of the barrel has a 3 1/2" wedge of floral leaf engraving with a punch dot background, with a 3" wedge of the same design on the muzzle end. The receiver features floral scroll designs with a gold inlaid relief deer on each side of the front receiver ring, a gold inlaid relief ram on the left rear and a gold relief mountain goat on the right rear. The receiver is mounted with a Leupold 6x scope with grey bases and rings. The sides of the bases and rings are engraved with oak leaf designs. In addition the tops of the rings have a gold inlaid relief bears head on the front ring and gold relief buffalo head on the rear. The floor plate is relief engraved with floral vine designs and a scene of two moose battling in a forest scene. The bolt handle and trigger guard are also engraved with floral vine designs. The left side of the barrel is marked with the two line address, Winchester Trade Mark, Model and caliber designation, the left side receiver wall is engraved "WINCHESTER" and the serial number has been marked on the top of the right side of the receiver. The barrel was manufactured without a rear sight and is equipped with a hooded ramp front sight with gold bead. Jeweled extractor, trigger shoe and mounted with a nicely figured one piece walnut pistol grip stock. The forearm and wrist are checkered and have a decorative carved floral border. The grip cap is ivory and is carved with floral vine designs with a black background secured with a floral design engraved screw. High comb, cheek piece and serrated black horn buttplate. Complete with a brown leather military style sling.

Professionally embellished with 99% plus of the blue and grey coin finishes remaining. There are a couple of minor scratches and handling marks on the barrel. The stock is excellent with 99% original varnish remaining and showing a few overall scattered minor dings and handling marks, with sharp checkering. The scope is excellent with a few tiny dings and clear optics. The markings and engraving are sharp and clear. The sling is very good. The action is excellent.
