This leather Model 1911 U.S. swivel holster was manufactured by the Rock Island Arsenal in 1912. The back of the swivel is stamped "ROCK ISLAND / ARSENAL / 1912" above Henry E. Kelsey's inspector initials "HEK", along with "CS".
