The upper front left side of the trigger guard is marked with a "T" over the Colt triangle "VP" proof and "69" on the opposite. The "No" style serial number on the right side of the frame as well as "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and "M1911A1 U.S.ARMY" markings. Matching numbered slide. Standard low profile sights, checkered trigger, slide stop, magazine release, thumb safety, wide spur hammer and arched main spring housing. Blue barrel and two tone unmarked magazine. Rating Definition:

Very fine. The pistol retains 75% plus original blue finish with some thinning and wear on the bottom, front of the frame, high edge wear on the slide and a dark patina on the front strap with some minor pitting. There is some light spotting on the top of the slide. The grips are very good with a few minor dings and dents, some wear on the upper and lower edges, and crisp checkering. The markings are highlighted in white and remain clear and crisp. Mechanically excellent.
