Manufactured in 1950. Beaded dovetail front and sporting type rear sights, with the left side of the barrel having the standard marking including "22 L. RIFLE/ - SUPER SPEED AND SUPER-X", with the Winchester oval proof stamped on the top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Top of receiver at the breech is tapped for a sight mount (single hole). Smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with steel forend and checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 97% original blue finish showing some minor thinning with some loss at the muzzle and top rear of frame, along with some minor scratches (mostly on the frame). The wood is also excellent with some minor dings and scratches.
