The left side of the aluminum frame is dated 1936 and has the Walther address and banner and the right side of the frame has two eagle /359 proofs and crown/B and crown/U proofs with these proofs repeated on the right barrel flat along with a crown/S proof and a circled "4". A "359" proof is also stamped on the right side of the hammer spur, trigger, and barrel release. Fitted with checkered bakelite grips and a lanyard ring on the butt. Matching numbers on barrel and frame.

Very fine. The pistol retains 50% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina along with a protective coating. The grips are excellent with a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish with the grip straps thinning to a brown, some areas of gray patina and some minor edge wear, along with some minor pitting on forward portion of barrel. The grips are very fine with a few minor bruises in the overall crisp checkering and some minor pressure dents on the bottoms. Mechanically excellent.
