This is a custom order Trap shotgun from the Winchester Custom Shop. It features a red bead front and steel bead sight on the matte vent rib. The left rear of the barrel is marked "WINCHESTER 12 GA. 2 3/4IN. --- FULL TRAP CHOKE-- / SUPER - X MODEL 1 MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CT. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL". The Winchester oval proof is marked on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Standard scroll engraved receiver, also marked with the model and serial number on the left side. Jeweled bolt and mounted with a nicely figured high gloss checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a metal Winchester grip cap with white spacer, raised comb and black vented Winchester recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 3/4 inches.

Excellent. The shotgun retains 99% plus original blue finish with a few small minor scratches on the right side of the receiver and a small area of minor spotting on the left side of the receiver. With the exception of a small chip on the left rear of the forearm, the wood is also excellent with a few overall scattered minor dings and handling marks, and very crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
