Scroll engraving around the flared oval muzzle, with silver filled scrollwork on the barrel flats, a set of three Fleur-de-Lis stamps at the breech, and a "crown/JUAN/ PI/GRAV" on the top flat. Vine engraving on the hammer and lock plate, with the latter showing a walking bird next to "IPH DEOP" beneath the flashpan. Carved full stock with floral vine designs, with a horn tipped ramrod, engraved brass trigger guard, side plate and back strap, and a checkered birds head grip.

Very good, with a mixed brown and gray patina overall, showing areas of pitting and mild handling marks. A crack has formed in the upper hammer jaw. Stock is good, with mild dents and scratches. Mechanically very good.
