Description:

German silver blade front and screw adjustable sporting rear sights, with the barrel turned for a false muzzle and marked "H. E. DIMICK/ST.LOUIS" ahead of the rear sight. There are no other visible markings on the rifle. High fence on the bolster, with double set triggers and finger rest trigger guard. Smooth half stock with pewter tip, wood ramrod, German silver escutcheons and a smooth buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with a brown patina overall, showing wear along the edges and scattered dents. The lock plate and breech show a mixed dark gray color. Stock is very also good, with mild wear behind the upper tang and scattered dings. Mechanically fine.
