Manufactured in 1861. The top of the barrel has the two line New York address and the fluted cylinder has the patent marking. The barrel is numbered to the gun. Fitted with a one piece varnished grip.

Fine. The revolver retains 40% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. There are a few areas of minor pitting. The grip is fine with much of the varnish remaining (beginning to craze on the right side) and some scattered minor handling marks. The action needs work as the hammer does not hold a full cock position.
