Manufactured in 1950 during the Transition Period (late 1946-1951). Hooded ramp front and sporting type rear sights with scope blocks on the receiver. Standard markings including the factory proof on the barrel and receiver at the breech. Straight comb pistol grip stock with checkering, sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% plus original blue finish showing some mild thinning on the floorplate and trigger guard. The stock is excellent with a minor pressure dent in the grip area and a few barely noticeable handling marks. The checkering is crisp overall. Mechanically excellent.
