Bayonet lug front sight, with an open rear dovetail, two "crown/scepter" proofs and a "shield" proof on the left side. Lockplate is marked "T/KETLAND/&CO" below the fenced flashpan. Smooth straight wrist stock, with a brass tip, sling swivel, and a flat brass buttplate. The inspector initials IT are present on the left stock flat opposite lock.

Very good, showing a mixed dark brown patina with rust spots towards the muzzle. Wood is good, with the rear sling swivel absent, cracks, chips and dents. Mechanically fine. Missing ramrod.
