The lock is marked "BARNETT" and the top barrel flat is marked "LONDON". It is equipped with a 13 inch snap bayonet which is released by a thumb latch positioned on the upper tang. The blunderbuss has brass furniture with a floral blossom engraved on the trigger guard. There is a hammer safety. The full length stock has two barrel wedges with silver escutcheons, flat buttplate, and checkering on the wrist. Complete with a brass tipped wooden ramrod.

Very good. The barrel has a mottled gray patina with a few areas of smooth brown patina. The action has a smooth dark patina. There is some minor flash type pitting. The brass has a smooth patina. The revarnished stock is good with numerous minor handing marks and a couple small chips missing, along with a couple long scratches and minor pressure dents. The checkering shows some wear. Lock functions fine. Snap bayonet has weak spring, but catch works fine.
