Description:

Nineteen inch triple fuller blade, with the N.P. Ames logo on one side and "UNITED/STATES/1833" on the reverse. Single piece brass hilt, with an oval "DJ" cartouche and "S. HUSE/NEWBURYPORT" on top of the guard, "JM" on the underside, scale pattern grip and eagle designs on the pommel. With a brass and black leather sheath.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with mild spotting on the blade, a mixed dark patina on the grip, and scattered dings and handling marks. The sheath tip is dented, with mild scuffs and cracks on the otherwise fine leather.
