Manufactured from 1863 to 1875. The revolver has the standard three line New Model barrel marking on the top flat. Single letter inspection marks (W, D, R) are stamped on most of the components. The barrel is numbered to the gun. The left grip panel has a boxed cartouche and both grip panels are numbered to the gun.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The revolver retains 40% original blue finish with the balance a spotty smooth brown-gray patina. There are a few areas of minor pitting on the frame and cylinder. The grips are excellent with raised feathered grain, sharp cartouche, and some scattered storage marks. Mechanically excellent.
