Smooth straight grip stock, with 3 barrel bands, steel buttplate and a 5-piece steel cleaning rod in the butt trap.

Rating Definition:

Excellent to mint with 98% plus of the original finish, showing only the slightest storage marks. Traces of the original storage grease are still visible in sheltered areas. All markings are crisp and clear. The hammer and lever retain 95% plus of the original case colors which remain rich and vivid, as does the bright nitre blue. A few slight pressure scuffs are visible on the otherwise excellent stock. Mechanically excellent. Over all an extremely high conditioned 1873 musket.
