Late production example with a globe front sight, adjustable buckhorn rear sight, and tang peep sight. The number 3 barrel has the two line address ahead of the rear sight and "32-40" at the breech. The lower tang has the serial number. Both the barrel and receiver are stamped with the factory proof on the top at the breech. Smooth forearm with ebony insert and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Excellent. The barrel retains 90% original blue finish and the receiver retains 95% bright original blue finish with some speckling of brown. There is some minor surface rust present on top tang forward of tang sight. The remaining metal surfaces retain 95% original case colors. The wood is excellent with some very scattered minor handling marks and a couple long scratches. Mechanically excellent.
