The Marlin-Ballard single shot action is fitted with a K.R. Bresien of Warsaw, New York, barrel which features windage spirit level sight and two scope blocks. The rifle also has an adjustable tang peep sight and a set trigger. Mounted with a smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with cheekpiece and nickel plated Swiss type buttplate.

Near mint as custom made. The barrel retains 99% of the blue finish with some scattered minor handling marks. The receiver and lever retain 97% of the case colors. The buttplate retains most of the nickel plating. The wood is also near mint with a few minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.
