Measuring 27 1/2 inches x 24 inches, red silk with red, white and black tassels on the sides and bottom, and an ebony rod at the top. On the center of each side is a swastika, silver ribbon borders and accents, white silk circle and black silk swastika. One side bears the black and white embroidered text "DEUTSCHLAND/ERWACHE" (Germany Awake), the other "NAT.-SOZ.-DEUTSCHE ARBEITER PARTEI/STURMABTEILUNG" (National Socialist German Workers Party/ Stormtroopers). The NSDAP marked side has a red leather grip pad at the top.
