The case exterior is painted Luftwaffe gray and the lid is stenciled "Drilling M 30/mit Munition u Zubehor/ce". The case interior is natural aluminum and has wooden blocks and partitions to secure the drilling and accessories which are not included. The list of the case contents is stenciled on the upper left corner of the lid.

Professionally made, retaining virtually all of the paint with a few minor scratches.
