First imported in 2000, this shotgun features blue barrels, trigger guard and break lever, and silver grayed, scalloped box lock Anson & Deeley action and forearm hardware. The action is engraved with a game bird marsh scene on the right side and three quail in a wooded scene on the left side. The bottom of the action is floral scroll engraved with the Merkel logo. Matte top of the action, floral scroll on the trigger guard and forearm knuckle and decorative engraving on the forearm release hardware and break lever, with gold "EL" on the break lever as well. The left side of the action is signed "MK". Both sets of barrels are 28 inches in length, are numbered to the gun, have identical multi point checkered Luxus Grade walnut, have a single brass bead sight on a solid concave matte rib, with ejectors. One set is 28 gauge, with 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked improved cylinder/modified, and the other set is 410 gauge, choked full/extra full. Automatic tang mounted safety, Greener cross bolt, double under lugs, double triggers and mounted with multi point checkered Luxus Grade walnut straight grip stock with a black plastic Merkel buttplate. Length of pull 14 3/8 inches. Complete with box numbered to the gun. This gun still has the full factory warranty available.
