Description:

1) Imperial Japanese (IJN) Navy Lieutenant (Kaigun Daii) tunic, deep blue fabric with black ribbon trim and sleeve rank insignia. 5 small figures have been stitched into the inside of the collar. 2) IJN Lieutenants tunic, as 1 with the addition of collar tabs bearing three mum blossoms, and a 4-symbol makers label inside the collar. With matching colored trousers. 3) White tunic, with a 2 Kanji-symbol tag on the inside. No buttons. With trousers. 4) White tunic, with gilt brass anchor buttons and 2-mum shoulder boards. With trousers. 5) Two Japanese Navy belts, with gilt buckles and silver wire embroidered black belts, with concealed sword hangers. 6) IJN cap, white with black ribbon trim, white fabric chinstrap, and naval patch on the front. 7) Belt, brass buckle with black fabric belt and brass hangers with lion face designs. 8) Two Japanese Army caps, green with leather chinstraps. One has a yellow cloth star patch on the front. 9) IJN cap, black fabric with metal mum and anchor badges, bullion wreath, gilt brass chinstrap buttons, black leather chinstrap, and purple silk lining with 4 embroidered symbols. 10) IJN cap, as 9, with 2 symbols on the brown lining. 11) Japanese helmet, steel construction with brown finish, a yellow painted star on the front, and brown leather inner webbing. 12) Helmet, brown painted alloy, with green canvas chinstrap and leather webbing.

Rating Definition:

1) Very good, with a few mild stains. 2) As 1. Appears crushed. 11) Fine as repainted, with some light wear and paint loss. 12) Fair, with considerable paint loss with scuffing, dings, and some tearing of the leather.
