Brown leather finished case, with metal reinforced corners, an unmarked silver inscription plate and a tag marked "HUSTON BROTHERS,/MANUFACTURERS OF/SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS,/CHICAGO." on an internal divider. Includes and assortment of tools; a saw with an 8 inch detachable blade, heavy shears, clamps, tweezers, straight and curved picks, three scalpels and a 5 1/4 inch long knife and a trephine.

Fair. The hinges and handle have detached, and scuffs and curs are visible on the leather. Tools are good, with some appearing to be later replacements, showing handling marks and rust.
