The Rock Island Arsenal barrel is dated "10-18" (World War I ended one month later) and the receiver has standard Rock Island Arsenal markings. The rifle has a parkerized finish with blue floor plate and trigger guard. The stock has the letter "C" stamped on the left side, the number "7" stamped ahead of the magazine and a circled 'P" behind the trigger guard. The rifle has a smooth buttplate and a leather sling.

Very fine as Arsenal refurbished. The rifle retains 95% parkerized finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The trigger guard and floorplate retain 95% thinning original blue finish. The wood is very fine with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
