This rifle is number 6 of the colonel's 12 favorites featured in "THE ACCURATE RIFLE." The original factory 7 mm Rem mag. Barrel has been re-chambered to the 7mm - 308 Morma mag. Ramp front sight and removed rear sight. The model 725 right hand action has been converted to left hand. The scope is a weaver V9 wide field on Leupold mounts. The stock appears to be a factory left hand model 700 BDL with a small cut-out for the right hand model 725 loading port. Black grip cap and forend tip. Remington vented recoil pad. Small gold plate engraved "CHARLES ASKINS" on the bottom of the forearm.

Fine with 95% blue with some spotting near the muzzle. Excellent factory stock finish.
