18 inch brass barrel, including cascabel. The 75 caliber bore is vented for firing. The cradle type trunnion ring is attached to the barrel with screws from the bottom. The wood carriage is 24 inches long, 12 3/8 inches high, and 8 1/2 inches wide. The cheeks are 1 5/8 inches thick and have one piece trunnion caps attached by brass capped screws. The 4 inch wheels are solid brass, 5/8 inch wide. A brass elevation wheel is beneath the rear of the barrel between the cheeks.

Fine with mellow patina to the brass and minor dents and scratches to the wood. This is a very attractive display piece, not too large to have on a fireplace.
