Description:

Manufactured from 1912 to 1932. Heavy barrel with the two line J. Stevens Arms Company adress marking on right side and "22-LONG RIFLE" on the left. Blade front, adjustable receiver sight, and tang peep sight. Action has an "S" shaped lever. Straight grip stock with single barrel band, leather sling, and flat steel buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The barrel retains over 95% original blue finish showing some minor thinning and some loss at the muzzle. The action retains 95% original vivid case colors with surface rust present in protected areas overall. The wood is very fine with the forearm having a series of gouges (right side) and a missing minor sliver of wood (left side), along with some scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
