The pistol is lightly marked "STEVENS & CO. VEST. POCKET. PISTOL/CHICOPEE FALLS MASS." on the top barrel flat, and features a German silver blade front sight, a notch in the hammer spur serves as the rear sight, a tip up barrel and smooth odd shaped flared rosewood grips.

Fine. The barrel retains 60% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The frame retains original blue finish in and around the protected areas with the balance a mottled brown-gray patina. The grips are also fine with a cracked right panel and a few minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. These are seldom encountered in any condition, let alone a fine example like this one!
