Description:

The German silver barrel is marked "UNWIN & RODGERS/PATENTED SHEFFIELD" on the left side and the right side is marked "NON*XLL", with a British proof on the upper left flat. The single knife blade has Unwin & Rodgers markings and is 4 1/4 inch long. The horn scales are checkered horn and there is a patch box at the rear.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The silver has attractively aged. The otherwise fine, full dimension blade shows some slight spotting. The grip panels are both very fine with some minor handling marks in the overall crisp checkering. Action needs work as the hammer functions fine, but does not hold a full cock.
