Description:

This pistol has a 3 inch blade that is mounted on the right side. The spring blade is released by pulling the trigger. To release the blade from its extended position, the trigger is again pulled back to unlock the blade. The blade is marked "W. WEBER/HAMBURG". The unique folding trigger with a cork screw can be manually extended to the ready position or the trigger is released once the hammer has been cocked. A silver button on the left side of the frame releases the barrel for loading/unloading. The push button mechanism releases the tension on the barrel spring which causes the barrel to tip upwards. The frame is brass and silver and is fitted with ivory scales secured to the frame by slotted screws.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The barrel has a mottled gray patina and the blade shows some light pitting. The silver is fine. The scales are fine with some scattered minor handling marks and a couple hairline stress cracks near the barrel release. The ivory has an attractive grain pattern and has aged to an attractive color. Mechanically fine.
