A barrel cluster flute is marked "ALLEN & THURBER WORCESTER". The recoil shield and frame have a floral scroll engraving. Fitted with a spur trigger guard. Matching numbers on the frame, hammer spring, and grips.

Very good as refinished. The barrel cluster is a dull blue with the balance a smooth brown patina and the remaining metal surfaces have a mottled brown-gray patina. There is some very scattered minor pitting. The grips are fine with a small gouge on the right panel, a couple missing slivers of wood and few minor handling marks. Mechanically does not function.

The following markings on present on the barrel cluster flutes "ALLEN & THURBER", "WORCESTER", and "PATENTED 1845". The bar hammer is marked "ALLENS PATENT" and the frame and a floral scroll engraving. Matching numbers on the frame, hammer spring, and grips.

Good. The barrel cluster has a mottled brown patina and the remaining metal surfaces have a mottled gray patina. There is some scattered mild pitting. The grips are fine with some scattered minor scratches and pressure dents. A percussion nipple is missing. Action is fine.
