Massive hammer and bolster with an iron nipple protector attached by chain to the front of the trigger guard, wooden ramrod secured by a single iron pipe and mounted with a smooth straight grip walnut stock with a large iron sling ring on the forearm and a flat iron buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Good. The barrel has a smooth brown patina with remnants of a dark lacquer protective coat on the barrel, with a smooth dark patina on the remaining metal surfaces. The stock is also good with a moderate chip on the right side of the heel, some minor dents and dings and the wedge escutcheons are absent. The trigger is a little loose, otherwise the action functions properly.
