The sides of the frame, recoil shield, loading gate, grip straps, butt, and barrel lug feature a leaf and floral scroll engraving with engraving on the octagon barrel section and wedge of engraving on top of the round barrel section. No visible maker markings, with the serial number on the left side of the frame. The rear cylinder face is marked with a Liege ELG proof, a crown/G proof, and the number "12". Raised bead front sight, hammer notch rear sight, and ejector rod mounted on the right side. Fitted with two piece smooth ebony grips. Complete with a leatherette bound case lined in blue velvet and brass rivets accenting the outside lid edges and a monogrammed brass initial plate.

Very good plus. The metal surfaces have been cleaned. The grips are excellent with some minor scratches. The case is about good with the leatherette showing even age cracking overall, some minor wear, and replacement hinges. The lining has some minor wear and a hole present on the lid lining. Clear markings and engraving. Mechanically excellent.
