Description:

1) German silver accented drinking horn. The horn has a silver decorated mouth and a silver decorated base with floral designs and ram's heads. Measures 14 1/2 inches tall. 2) Jager battalion glass beer krug. The silver top has a small "E inside a triangle" mark and has a shako style hat with a German eagle and field badge. The body is glass with "0,3L" etched on the side. 3) This silver-toned pickelhaube ashtray was probably used on an officer’s desk. It is upside down with the top attached to the base. With a gilt Prussian helmet plate and moveable silver chin scales. 4) Officer's gift crystal pickelhaube container with screw off spike. 5) Small officer's silver presentation pokal with hallmarks on the base and an inscription translated to "THE OFFICER CORPS BADEN PHYSICAL GRENADIER REGIMENTS" on one side and "PREMIER LIEUTENANT/VON PFEIL/1880-1891" on the other. The base is an imperial eagle's head wearing a gilt crown which the round cup portion sits on. The cup has a gilt Coat-of-Arms of Baden and a rayed star with red enamel Maltese cross. The interior is gilt including the lid which has a gilt flame handle.

Rating Definition:

1) Very good, there are some textured areas on the silver from casting and there is a long thin crack in the horn. 2) Very good, the silver has a generally bright appearance with some small areas of pitting. 3) Good, the exterior has a dark aged patina with the inside having a stained and textured appearance. 4) Good, there is a chip on the rear peak and the paint has moderate wear. 5) Very good, the inside and outside have a bright appearance with some wear on the gilt components.
