Very good. The barrel retains traces of original blue finish concentrated in the flutes. The receiver retain 60% original case colors with a smooth brown patina on the balance. The lever retains 20% original case colors with a smooth mottled brown on the balance. The wood is good with an old repaired crack on the upper left rear of the forearm and on the right side of the wrist behind the thumbrest, scattered minor dents, dings and scratches and a few minor bruises in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically fine.
